Fundamentals of Great Leadership Communication
(Please note: this is an intensive, hands-on workshop, not a sit and listen seminar.
Leadership Development Course I is a required prerequisite.)
This intermediate-level workshop builds upon the knowledge and skills you gained in level I and focuses on mastering the fundamentals of effective leadership communication. It is designed to help you build confidence in your performance as a highly effective leader.
Performance Objective:
By the end of this workshop, you will be able to utilize effective leadership feedback and coaching skills to hold others accountable for their productivity and coach them to produce better results.
This workshop will help you:
Learn the difference between behavior-centered feedback and person-centered feedback.
Understand how using behavior-centered feedback enhances accountability and produces better results.
Practice what you’ve learned to improve your coaching and feedback leadership communication skills.
Create an action plan for using what you’ve learned within your organization.
Get live feedback and coaching on your leadership strategy.
