EVENT REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Registration confirmation, venue location details, and any event changes/updates are sent via email, so please ensure that your email is correct when you register. If you do not use email, please be sure to check the website regularly for updates or subscribe to the newsletter.
 

 

REFUNDS
Products
Your satisfaction is important to us. Products purchased from Empowerment Spa carry a 30-day return guarantee if the product is damaged upon shipment or fails to meet your expectations upon delivery. Complete the Easy Returns label enclosed with your shipment and return the product to us for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.
 
Live Events
We understand that circumstances change, and you may not always be able to attend an event for which you registered. If you find that you will not be able to attend the evetn afterall, you may transfer your ticket to a friend within 48 hours prior to the event. Just contact us with notice of the transfer. No refunds are available for most live events. Check the specific event page for details.
 
TRANSFERS
Your live event registration is fully transferable upon written request from you. Your message must include:
  • The name and email address of the person to whom you are transferring your registration.
  • Your registration invoice number that you received if you registered via PayPal or the confirmation number you received if you registered by mail.

Empowerment Spa appreciates the opportunity to work with you.  We value your privacy and take steps to protect it by using secure servers to transmit your personal information, using PayPal for more secure online registration processing, maintaining computer antispyware and firewalls, and restricting access to electronic and internet-stored files which contain basic profile information about you.
  • We will never share your personal information with sources outside of Empowerment Spa, except as required by law or with your consent.
  • By submitting your registration, you understand that your photo, image, or likeness may be captured during certain event activities and consent to your photo, image, or likeness being used in subsequent multimedia exclusive marketing and promotional materials by Empowerment Spa.
